Look, you can bitch about something or you can do something about it. We did something about it, we started another board! Why do we still bitch?
We talk about leading by example. It still doesn't change anything about the white board. Nothing will! Todd's hands are tied over there. His demos are those same exact trolls who trash the board in the first place and you don't want to piss off a potential customer! It will only get worse as more and more noobs flood the place.
